Replacement: If your warranty claim is approved, Republic Battery will provide you with a replacement product that is free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Continuation of Warranty: The replacement product provided under this Policy will assume the remaining Warranty Period of the original product. The warranty does not reset, but instead continues from the date of the original purchase or delivery of the product.

At Republic Battery, we take great pride in the quality of our lead acid batteries and want our customers to be confident in their purchase. All of our batteries are backed by a warranty that provides peace of mind and protection against defects in materials and workmanship. 

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the following periods for each product category:

• 3 Months on Used or Refurbished Batteries
• 6 Months on Motorcycle and AUX Batteries
• 12 Months on SLA Batteries
• 12 Months on Deep Cycle and Cranking Marine Batteries
• 12 Months on Heavy Commercial Batteries (8D, 4D, N120, 4DLT, N120)
• 18 Months on Light Commercial (31C and 31A Size)
• 18 Months on Golf Cart Batteries (Trojan, US, Republic)
• 12 Months for 1 Series Batteries
• 24 Months for 2 Series and Enhanced Flooded batteries
• 36 Months for 3 Series Batteries
• 36 Months on AGM Series Batteries

Warranty begins at the date of purchase. If a defect arises during this period, we will replace or repair the battery at no cost to the customer.

Warranty Limitations

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents. We also do not cover batteries that have been altered or modified in any way, or batteries that have been used for purposes other than their intended use.

To qualify for warranty coverage, the battery must be installed and used according to the manufacturer's instructions. The battery must also be properly maintained and charged. Failure to follow these instructions may void the warranty. These include:

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect of the battery
• Use of the battery for purposes other than its intended use
• Alterations or modifications to the battery
• Improper installation or use of the battery, including failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions
• Physical damage to the battery, including damage caused by accidents, drops, or impacts
• Exposure of the battery to extreme temperatures or environmental conditions outside of its specified range
• Failure to maintain and charge the battery properly, including using an incorrect or incompatible charger
• Use of non-approved accessories or components with the battery
• Discharge of the battery beyond its recommended depth of discharge
• Overcharging or undercharging of the battery
• Excessive cycling of the battery, beyond its recommended cycle life
• Use of the battery in a series or parallel configuration that is not recommended by the manufacturer
• Failure to provide proof of purchase or ownership of the battery

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase and a description of the problem. Our refund policy does not cover shipping costs, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive the warranty claim, we will inspect the battery to determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage. If the battery is covered under warranty, replace the battery, depending on the nature of the defect.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the battery, at our discretion. We are not liable for any other damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, or incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Republic Battery, and it supersedes all other warranties, whether express or implied. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Modification of Warranty

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time, without prior notice. Any modifications to this warranty will be posted on our website and will apply to all batteries sold after the effective date of the modification.

Unused Returns

At Republic Battery, we take great pride in the quality of our lead acid batteries and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for returned items.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must not have been installed, be undamaged, and in the original condition it was received. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items that have been installed or used, or for items that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect. Our refund policy does not cover shipping costs, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
