Shipping policy
For in-store pick up, please bring your order confirmation email or order number to the store location identified on your receipt. If someone else is picking up your order, please let us know in advance and provide them with the order confirmation email or order number.
For local delivery, we will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary based on the availability of our delivery team and your location. We ask that you have your core ready at delivery so we can haul away. If cores are unavailable, we must charge a core charge. We do not do installations.
If you need to make changes to your order or delivery preferences, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been picked up or delivered, we cannot make any changes to the order.
If you are picking up your order or receiving a delivery, please inspect the products for any damages or defects before accepting them. If you notice any issues, please let us know immediately so we can address them.
